It’s Monday Mailbox Makeover time! Today I’m sharing a new kit and doing a quick ‘outside the box’ makeover project. This kit inspired me to purchase it as soon as it became available because I loved the sentiments! You know how some just grab you and you need them in your collection? That!:)
Aren’t these great!
The above photo will take you out to the webshop to see the kit as well.
All the Good Stuff!
When you order a kit it comes with all you need in a nice, neat reusable box.
The contents are nicely packed and ready for you to stamp the only item you may is a pair of scissors!
This kit includes a cute metal tin- per the instructions it’s decorated quite simply.
I think we can doll this up!
Today, I’m using ribbon, Basic White cardstock and Adhesive Sheets in addition to the kit contents.
A color tri-fold instruction sheet is included with each kit!
I think the YouTube video is much better than the instructions!
(note – for some reason the subtitles may show in Dutch –
click the gear icon next to CC and change it to language of preference)
Nothing goes to waste here in the A Stampers Mailbox studio! The chipboard is destined to become the backer for a DIY NotePad, the plastic is going to be used on a card with movement and the cardboard with opening that the acrylic block was in – that has a goal to become a fun shaker card element!
Repurpose, ReUse and Recycle!
Today I’m using from the kit:
2 of the coaster cards
the sticker sheet
the stamp set
the tin
Out of box add ins
New Tahitian Tide ink pad (Available tomorrow!)
White Frayed Ribbon & Crinkled Seam Binding Ribbon
Adhesive Sheet
Scissors
Basic White Cardstock: 3 1/8″ x 6 1/4″ Score at 3 1/8″

I have the Stamparatus listed in the project supplies below – I used it during the demonstration on Facebook Live today- only to ensure my stamping was spot on as the kit only has 2 coasters with this blue on them and I wanted to use them both on the tin. The top flap flips up after using a sentiment banner sticker to adhere them together! The video shows how I did this!
This tin will be a great way to give the gift of candy, cookies, or even a gift card nestled inside tissue paper!
I flip-flopped the kit instructions which read to use the stickers on the tin and the coaster rounds become the cards. I used the stickers on the card and the coasters to become a flip card tin topper!
Makeover Monday Fun!
These coaster cards or make your own gift card to slip inside these lovely envelopes make great gift tag strung with simple white seam binding ribbon. Find some Tiffany Blue tissue paper and you are set.
Thanks so much for joining me for another Mailbox Monday Makeover! This was fun and super quick! The Kindness Card Kit will make it’s way onto the blog again in a few weeks! That rectangle piece of cardboard that was holding the acrylic block… yeah – it’s simmering away in the creative flow! Check back in with me on Friday as I will have one big giant In Color Blog Post! It’s a whopper!
